In the rush of daily life, true rest often takes a backseat. But real rejuvenation goes beyond just sleep - it’s about restoring your mind, body, and soul. This is what sacred rest is all about: creating a protected space for dedicated downtime, growth, and renewal.


Join us for a transformative women’s retreat designed to help you step into Spring 2025 feeling recharged, empowered, and deeply restored.


When: 4th to 6th April 2025

Where: Forest of Arden, Maxstoke Lane, Meriden, Birmingham CV7 7HR

What to expect from the workshops:

  • Sensory Rest: Unplugging from noise, screens, and distractions

This retreat will be led by the incredible Dr. Obioma Martin, flying in from the USA. She is a highly acclaimed international speaker, transformational trainer, coach, advocate, and best-selling author. Dr Obioma will guide us through empowering workshops that will help you embrace a new you, with clarity and confidence.
